 2020 ENDING

The journey is ending

Tik tok the time is counting

365 days are passing

Our dreams we still hope chasing

 

The journey started well

Mysteries took place as hell

We remained confused as a wale

Fear almost swallow us as a whale

 

The year of wonder

Troubles strike as thunder

We need to strive harder

And take the year under

 

We started the year smooth

Soon CORONA came and soothe

LOCUST followed and destroy

Only to live our firms dry

 

They named it double double

The year of humble gamble

The year I learned to hate

I wished it end we celebrate and eat

A four month year I named it

I’m not afraid to nail it

Locust, lockdown, , BBI, Jerusalema show

These are the months I saw

 

Sister come in peace

Help us tear your brother please 

He brought nothing but hunger

We want to fight for our anger

 

Difficult it was but now it pass

Our hard work matters, lets hold our pace

We have to cross over or we go by bus
